About the Role

Natran Green Pest Control is seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager with deep expertise in PPC lead generation and email/SMS automation. This position is ideal for a strategic, data-driven marketer who thrives in a high-performance environment, owns their KPIs, and is passionate about mission-driven brands.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and oversee multi-channel marketing strategies that support organizational objectives, drive customer acquisition, and enhance brand visibility.

PPC MANAGEMENT (CORE REQUIREMENT)

  • Own all PPC and paid lead-generation channels (Google Ads, Yelp, Thumbtack, Baton, Best Picks, elocal, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize budgets, bids, targeting, keywords, creatives, and landing-page performance.
  • Continuously test, optimize, and scale campaigns with a strict focus on ROI, CPL, and conversion rate.
  • Deliver weekly KPI reporting with insights and corrective actions.

EMAIL & SMS MARKETING AUTOMATION (CORE REQUIREMENT)

  • Build, launch, and optimize automated email and SMS workflows in HubSpot (or equivalent).
  • Manage segmentation, A/B testing, delivery optimization, nurture sequences, and lifecycle communication.
  • Monitor and report on engagement, conversions, and revenue influence from all campaigns.

Directory & Listing Optimization

  • Maintain and optimize directory profiles, including Google Business Profile, Yelp, Thumbtack, Baton, Best Picks, elocal, etc. 
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reputation management across platforms.

Content Creation & Asset Development

  • Develop brand-aligned content for website pages, landing pages, blogs, flyers, publications, PR pieces, community ads, and print materials.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure messaging is consistent across all channels.

Lead Management, Reporting & Analytics

  • Track leads across the full customer journey.
  • Identify funnel gaps, recommend improvements, and implement optimizations to increase conversion rates.
  • Monitor all KPIs across PPC, email, website performance, directories, and funnels.
  • Present weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights and opportunities.

Collaboration & Compliance 

  • Partner with cross-department leaders to align marketing initiatives with operational and business goals.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts adhere to Natran brand guidelines and any applicable industry regulations.
OVERSIGHT OF OUTSOURCED MARKETING PARTNERS
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Direct and provide feedback to external marketing teams, agencies, freelancers, or content partners.
  • Ensure outsourced work meets brand standards, supports strategic objectives, and delivers measurable results.
    Oversight Partner Management Include:
  • Social Media: Management of organic and paid social campaigns.
  • Website Management: Ensure website updates, SEO optimizations, chatbot functionality, and UX enhancements.
  • SEO & AEO Oversight: Strategies to boost rankings, traffic, and performance across search engines and AI-powered search (LLM search). Includes, but is not limited to, reviewing blogs, press releases, content, etc. 
  • Visual Asset Production: Photography and videography oversight for marketing assets.
     

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of direct, hands-on PPC management across Google Ads and/or lead-gen platforms.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HubSpot (or equivalent marketing automation platform).
  • Proven success managing six-figure annual PPC budgets with measurable ROI improvements.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and optimizing landing pages and funnels.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Canva, WordPress (or similar CMS tools).
  • Track record of developing strategies that increase brand awareness, market presence, and revenue growth.
     

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

  • Expert-level understanding of PPC, paid lead generation, and digital performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of email/SMS automation, segmentation, nurture strategies, and conversion optimization.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
  • Excellent analytical ability with the skill to turn data into insights and recommendations.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • High creativity with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the green industry and sustainability principles is a plus.
     

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Hybrid: remote work with required on-site collaboration.
  • Must maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and supervisors.
